Marcus was able to fix an ice maker that no one else could figure out how to get out from under the counter (installation error). He was timely, had the part the next day, but then discovered the drain line had been damaged in pulling it out. He and Jamie took the ice maker to their location and repaired it - brought it back the next day, and insisted no additional charge. Jamie followed up the next day to be sure everything was fine. Very honest and hard working!

My LG refrigerator quit working. LG could not connect me with a repair person for several weeks. I called around and nobody wanted to help with an LG product. I was finally referred to NOCO appliance by another company. I called and they were able to come out within a couple day. They diagnosed and had the refrigerator fixed within the week. They had to order parts that were not readily available. It was a control board. Their communication was great. They were on time. I think their price was more than fair. Hopefully I never need to call him
